Resin Film Casting Machine:

This reverse roll film casting machine is designed to handle hot melt epoxy resin.  the system will meter and apply the resin to a release paper over a 12 inch width in thickness ranging from 0.001" to 0.010" with an accuracy of ±10%.  A chill platen freezes the resin prior to winding the coated release paper on a product drum along with an interleaf film.  The unit can be either free standing or built into a unidirectional tape prepreg line for online resin film casting.
